Message	Just throwing this out there but I had a "similiar" problem a couple of weeks ago, in my case everytime I would hit the brakes my all my lights would do a very brief flicker and it turned out to be the positive battery cable terminal end had broken not allowing a good connection. The weird part was there was never any problem starting the car.
